Leadership & Teens

Grades 9–10

Grow as a leader. Stay connected to the camp community you love.

Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program

Teens entering Grades 9–10 can join our Counselor-in-Training program, where they learn child development basics, activity leadership, and group management while working alongside experienced counselors.

CITs split their time between leadership training sessions and hands-on experience with younger camper groups.
